Terms of Use

Zohra, pregnancy companion and keepsake diary · Operated by MK Studios Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company

The agreement

These terms are a contract between you and MK Studios Group LLC (“we”). By using Zohra you accept them.

Zohra is not medical care

This is the most important section. Zohra, including Ask, the weekly pages, the tools and everything else in the app, gives general information and companionship, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Zohra is not a doctor, midwife or clinician, and using it creates no clinical relationship. Always talk to your own healthcare provider about your pregnancy, and call your provider or emergency services straight away for anything urgent: bleeding, severe pain, reduced movement, or anything that worries you. Never delay or replace professional care because of something Zohra said.

Who may use Zohra

You must be at least 18. The partner space is for a partner you invite, under your control.

The free tier and Zohra Plus

  • Zohra is free to download and use. The weekly pages, your journal, your memories and your keepsakes are free, with or without an account. You can use it on your phone alone; signing in starts the sync to our servers and opens the partner space.
  • Zohra Plus is the paid plan. It adds Ask, the answers between appointments, and keepsake cards without the small Zohra mark the free app prints on them. Ask also needs an account, because it is answered on our servers.
  • Zohra Plus is sold three ways in the United States: annual at $59.99 a year, monthly at $7.99 a month, or the Journey Pass at $89.99 once. The App Store sets the price in other countries, and the price shown in the app before you buy is the one you pay. The three choices, side by side.
  • The annual plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and the trial is on the annual plan only. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the trial converts to the paid annual plan and you are charged at the end of it.
  • Payment is billed through your Apple ID. Apple handles the payment; we never see your card details.
  • The annual and monthly plans are subscriptions. Each renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple ID is charged for the next period within the 24 hours before it begins.
  • To cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Zohra. Zohra also opens that page from You, then Settings, then Zohra Plus. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Plus stays until the end of the period you paid for.
  • The Journey Pass is one purchase that covers pregnancy through your baby’s first year, and it does not renew. There is nothing to cancel.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy, at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves.
  • A purchase belongs to your Apple ID. Restore purchases, in Settings, brings it back on a new phone signed in to the same Apple ID.
  • Loss support, safety information and your own memories are never behind a price.

Your content

Your record, your journal, photos, recordings and milestones, is yours. You give us only the licence needed to run the service: to store it, sync it, show it to you and to the partner you invite, and process it as the Privacy Policy describes. Keepsakes you export are yours to keep and share.

Acceptable use

Do not use Zohra to break the law, to harm others, to upload content you have no right to, or to probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

Ending things

Delete your account any time in the app. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms, with notice where practical. If we ever discontinue Zohra, we will give you a reasonable window to export your record.

Warranties and liability

Zohra is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Zohra Plus in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law forbids limiting it.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming. Talk to us first: hello@mkstudiosgroup.com.

Changes

Material changes are announced in the app before they take effect. The current version always lives at this page.

Still to be settled. The date these terms take effect. Whether disputes go to arbitration, and whether there is a class-action waiver: a decision for counsel.
